The +9 for mages.

Hi all,
Well How do u make it so it looks for u like +9 but it does the stats and not for non hackers???
Because Someone made it so all imperial armor is +9 and lvl 60 mage wand is +9 With Better damage..
I want to know how to make it so for all classes and for most armor at high level is +9 and my weapons and shit.

yes the stats show up as if the item was +9, but its client so doesn't actually have effect its mainly just for look.
