Make your own MultiClient

Instead of redownloading it every patch, just learn how to do it.

1) Get a Hex Editor ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]).
2) Open the Editor, use the find function (Ctrl + F) to find the word "English" somewhere.
3) Change the word "English" to "Chinese"

Done.

Or change "English" to "english" only :)

Or do it the proper way with OllyDBG,

- Open Conquer in OllyDBG.
- Search for all referenced text strings -> 'TQ_CONQUER'.
- Double click the line, to follow it. The line should look something like this 'PUSH Conquer.004xxxxx'
- Above it there is line 'PUSH 2'. Change the '2' into the number of clients you want to beable to open.
- NOTE, the value has to be between 0 and 7F (Hex ofcourse.)
- Right Click -> Copy to executable -> All modifications -> Right Click -> Save to file.
- There is your multiclient.

can you explain it a bit, I downloaded and wut now...

install it, open it, then open->c/program/conquer/conquere.exe (or whereever your co file is)
after that u press ctrl+f for search function. u search for "English" and change that to "english"

since i did this i cant see the date in game anymore, how can i get that back?

WoW i never knew it was so easy to make a multiclient. Thanks a ton for the tool and lesson... I took me awhile to figure out how to get English to type in the find but when i got past that it was easy.... Thanks again.


Hmmm maybe someone can teach me how to make my own itemtype.dat file??
Also how do i remove the homepage thing from poping up everytime?

change English to MultiEN , it works with every fukin word but better debug it and nop the mc msg

to get rid of the popup when u exit the game look for the string "http://co.91.com/singout/" and replace this with zero's

Ok I found the string, my question would be, how many 0's? I count 24, is this right? :confused:
