last night i play and sned eror and i disconecting, i want log and i can't, say u pass incorent, so how stole from my me acc becous i log next acc and see is onlyne and play

pls say something how get back it ? i don't know my email and securyti question

If someone stole you're account and you don't have the e-mail to recover it then there's nothing you can do.

You should be keeping that information safe and not taking risks with your account information unless you're willing to accept the possibility something like this will happen.


Risks include things like...

-Sharing accounts (most common reason people get 'hacked')
-Using a shared computer (possibly racist conclusion but I know in many foreign countries using internet cafes is popular... there's a decent chance someone at SOME POINT has keylogged those computers)
-Downloading bots/tools/hacks (anything free comes with lots of risks. Especially if it is something a friend sent you)

Just being hacked out of the blue virtually never happens but it can of course. 99.99 percent of the time though it's something you've done in the past that has allowed someone to steal your account.

Note: Lets add to that list... buying accounts or using accounts you did not make. They can always recover the account information if they have the linked e-mail. This is a very common scam where you sell a character, wait for them to work on it and just recover it with all the new levels/items
