And yes there is an Item Command, its only for GMs though.
/item [Quality (Super, Elite, etc)] [ItemName] [+] [-] [HP] [Gem1] [Gem2]
Gems are numbers, play with it, see what u can find.
Ex.
/item Super PhoenixJerkin 12 7 255 13 13

Ex: /tele 1002 440 450 (teleports you to Twin City (440,450)
There is no command to drop Dragonballs, unless you code it yourself.

Actully,hadeset added a drop command on his latest source. Isnt that hard to code really,might do it later on

No,his 3rd source,which hes not releasing but he failed at that one too,he increased the stability so it can hold 50 people,which isnt enough for a decent private server in my opinion. btw kinshi sry for the post before where i flamed u got upset and havent slept all night,its 2 pm here,well sorry <.<
