Factions probleme

Ichw eiss jetzt agr nicht wo ich sonst schreiben m�sste , gibt hier soweit ich weiss nur 3 Optionen oO

bitte dann verschieben wenn es falsch ist.

So hab als Admin nicht die Permissions eine Gilde zu gr�nden, nun frag ich mich ... warum ???
