Anyway, I have also observed 5001 - 7000 and still the 3208 was the most strongest

Damage Hack (16500 ) + Rune Flare ( 3208 ) = Epic Damage Hack ( It can hit a critical of 99999 )

Sadly i dont have ronan 3rd.. lol ~!

i used "3208" to grind my ronan from 75 to 80 and collected so many NC ticket xD
