If the apache server stops after pressing run, try to quit skype, its blocking the Port 80 during your installation.

try wamp server 2 it is very easy to use it and i think u can make a reg page in it ^.^
جرب برنامج
wamp server 2
سهل جدا واظن يقدر يشغل صفحة التسجيل
