Making a play.exe help...?

Ok, So I got a tempory laptop and it can only run co in LOW Definition.

I want to make a play.exe For servers i play. But i dont know how to run conquer.exe in low definition? I can launch it but it launches in high definition, any help?

Anyone? I can't really play private servers until someone helps me :/
