not enaugh for gate use

If i wanna port to valdemar regnum then it says "not enaugh for use" but i have 4bilion,that just says to ep5 maps i can move to ep4 maps without problems!!
im not verry experienced about cash.sdata npc or something like that can anybody help me???

Extract NPCQuests.Sdata from Client and Decrypt it with Lilprohacker's tool and put it in to Server file and try again.
