How can I block IP range?
Do I have to block it in firewall or IP security policy?

well, in ipsec i can only add 1 ip at one time, so it would take a few hours to add all >.>

2."Inbound Rules"
3.New Rule
4.Custom
5.Block the Connection
6. [✓]Domain - [✓]Private - [✓] Public
7.Press next..then u can enter the IP i hink..range ip
