In which File in USA folder is Speedhack and can i just delete it or do i have to change something?

yh mostly that
but cuz im a dumb****
ill tell u where to edit
u must edit the 42nd line of the maplist.csv
speedhack x1 (normal) type 1 in the column
x2 type 2
x4 type 3
and so on so on

dunno if the speeds are right
but im pretty sure that its 1 , 2 , 3 ,. ...
to change the speeds
