Shaiya Server Specifications

Hello,

I would like to ask several questions before i decide whether to launch new server or not.

1. What is the software specifications to have Shaiya ep5 (windows version, SQL version)...etc.
2. Hardware specifications (HD space, RAM, processor, monthly bandwidth and net speed)....etc.
3. Since Shaiya pservers are not licensed by AGE or Choirock, where is best to host, and is there any probability that both AGE or choirock get my server closed or pursues me legally.

Any other hints or advises will be more then appreciated.

how about the 3rd choice from this page below? they say i can have unlimited bandwidth by adding 300USD for each month fee, is this good offer or there is better one? 20TB bandwidth monthly isnt enough in anyway? isnt it a risk to host it on a server located in USA or western europe?
