[Guide] Duping on Cabal Private Servers

Before you even read the rest of the thread, know that I am not posting this to take any credit. I know I was not the first, nor only, person to find out about this dupe bug and I am not claiming I was. I am simply sharing this bug with the public hacking/glitching community. I am also posting this in the General section because this glitch does not work on retail. I'd rather keep the confusion to a minimum and keep this thread away from the retail hacking threads.

Go ahead you leechers, take this guide and post it everywhere, claiming you're the first person who found it out. It doesn't matter. If you need to claim other peoples' achievements as your own just to raise your own ego because you fail at life, be my guest. :p

This is a guide over how to dupe on private Cabal servers. This bug will not work on retail servers so don't even ask. Well, here we go!

NOTE:
This will work on some servers and not on others. You'll find out why really easy once you try the dupe. Though I will say, a server that this does work on is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. Go dupe it to hell! :)

What you need for this bug to work;

• Either two computers or a friend to help you

1. Get both game clients at the server log in screen, where you type your account user name and password. Log in with the same account on both clients. Unless you're a complete moron, you should already know how this dupe works without having to read the rest of this guide. If you're one of the idiots, well then keep reading.

2. Log in with two different characters and walk to a nearby storage.

3. Open the storage with both characters. Do not do anything else until both characters have the storage open!

4. Take out the exact same item(s) without closing the storage on either character.

5. Close the storage and go to the select character screen.

6. Log in with one of the characters you used. Leave the second client at the character selection screen.

7. Put the item(s) you took out back in to the storage and go back to the select character screen.

8. Log in with the second character you used and take out the items you put in with the first character. Voila! You just duped your item(s).

REMEMBER:
You have to be careful when using this. The storage of the character that logged out last will be the storage that is saved. For example, if you put an EoF+6 in the storage with two characters logged in, it will not appear in the second character's storage. If the second character logs out after the first, your EoF+6 will be gone when you log in.

For you leechers that are going to cry "this doesn't work you noob!", here is proof that it does, in fact, work. My gear isn't as "uber" as one may think, simply because I couldn't manage to get my hands on a slot extender before the dupe was patched. :D

worth to try in english private servers bcoz mostly those servers have lousy drop rate not like chinese ones.

Does this still work in Extreme? Cause didn't they supposely have fixed that issue? O.o

A few of my friends were duping on there last night, so if it doesn't work now then correct me. :p

i keep getting the error "someone is trying to log on your account" and it disconnects me. i think they fixed it

Yeah. It still works if you manage to log both of the clients in at the same time, but it's real hard to. Gotta get lucky with it.

Is there a little method that you might know that we can login into the game at the same time without d/cin the other computer out of the game?

Nope. You need to log both accounts at the exact same time to get it to work. It's pretty much all luck if the server fixed their logins like TFN did.

That explains why the morons at extreme did a rollback last night. They made it out to be a an accident but I feel sure this is what they were doing.

sounds like a bunch of bullshit. There is no reason why 2 different chars would be connected in any way that would allow a dupe.

Well the only reason i would say this is bullshit is that he has 10bil in his bank. The money limit is 2.1bil... The method of dupe is quiet logical though.

It's not bullshit. The default private server files have no system to prevent accounts from being logged in to twice at the same time. That is how this dupe works. If you don't believe me, download the files and set up a server. The dupe will work.

Though, now since everyone is going to know about it, I wouldn't doubt a lot of servers are going to have it fixed now.
