I'm sure in about 90% that it's caused because of wrong Certification's settings.

Check again your ini files, also check if you have "sa" password, therefor chck again your DB maybe you just inserted to your ini files wrong DB name / connection name.

I hope I helped you ^^

Not yet. :(

look at DB SRO_VT_SHARD and Change name at srShared.ini :) make them like each other
06/22/2014 02:05 Dev.L0RdReVaN#12
second line
query_log=DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=COMPUTERNAME\SQLEXPRESS;DSN=Log_DB; UID=sa;PWD=31ch3lm4nn;DATABASE=Log_DB
change log_DB to SRO_VT_SHARDLOG
06/22/2014 12:33 Syloxx#13
there are so many reasons why this can happen

-changed DB names
-remote connection disabled
-changed instance name or using SQLEXPRESS
-invalid username
-invalid password
-not exists user
-not enough access rights
-windows authentication only
-server shutdown
-wrong firewall settings

so all ppl they try to find a solution with your informations are bad admins.

its not possible to find your problem with the current informations

and btw ODBC isnt needen
