Thanks for voicing out your concerns regarding the server/channel connection issues due to congestion. We would like to inform everyone that the current structure of the Game Servers are already set to its maximum capacity. This means that we cannot add more channels as of this moment since that is the standard set-up for all CABAL Game Services.
E-Games Management is aware of the issues of gamers having a hard time connecting to the game especially on peak hours due to the massive support from gamers who wanted to play CABAL. Plans in releasing new Game servers [Neptune or Uranus] are being evaluated as of this moment.
e-Games and ESTsoft are working on BOT/HACK Issues. Our game developers and Tech. Team are currently working together in order to block 3rd party programs/bots for CABAL PH. This is to make sure that the game servers are not populated by BOTTERS and in to make more room for real gamers. We are expecting major changes soon [ie. New Gameguard Patches and Server Migration].
