i need a person what can make an site in php with free hosting for me.i can give for her job all bugs what i know( a lot) or an account with rank Mior,all's good.

what site you want with .com?If yes then u want a domain..
but its possible to make a free site(without .com)

@User_Ro there are many free script out there that automatically build what you want like wordpress it all depends on what you want to do and achieve to be honest.

Php is pretty simple, only isses i had with it are when your doing multiple joins and getting the math to work right im sure if i spent a year learning it i would of done what i wanted but meh im lazy lol
