Unblock account - help me

I was blocked on GE3 server
- 50 EP - 50 honor ...
But nowhere doesn´t write when me unblock account

What I have do ? Help me pls .

We know you want to unlock better acc than with 50 xp and 50 honor.. and we can't do it. Try to write to support :D :D might help you!!!

Stage 2
Users were caught using a bot, after being caught by stage 1. Users who are moved to this stage are banned for 7 days, and the end of these 7 days they get the CATCHA code to relog into the game. This stage should be twinned with:

If you banned by bot = don't have chance to unban
Ban for other? Write to hamburg, very possible to unban :P

how to write to Hamburg,because mail go to country support and if they ban me because of chat they don't help me! So i need help because i was banned for talk with some guy about bot.:(

If you have received the second stage of preventions 50 % of experience and honor won't return to you.
