How to get a Speed Hack ?

Ok.Today i strated to play with a hacks but i did this guide:

I did all of the party of the guide and when i login to 2Moons itsnt move with speed hack and the moster go so slowely.
and that i dont want.Beacuse i Scard that some VG, will see me and ban me easy i want to run so speed(with the speed hack)and i want that the monsters will follow me same my speed.
and now i cant play some one know how to fix it?
or maybe i need some other USA Folder?
if Yes/no tell me and Help me plz how to do it

U play Dekaron or 2Moons?

U only have to install it into the File (where u install 2Moons) and it should work:)
