How to get Speed Hack?

Ok.Today i strated to play with a hacks but i did this guide:

I did all of the part of the guide and when i login to 2Moons itsnt move with speed hack and the moster go so slowely.
and that i dont want.Beacuse i Scard that some VGM will see me and ban me easy i want to run so speed(with the speed hack)and i want that the monsters will follow me same my speed.
and now i cant play some one know how to fix it?
or maybe i need some other USA Folder?
if Yes/no tell me and Help me plz how to do it

check mastershouters thread and/or edit your csv files;

either open w/ excel or something
and go open maplist.csv
then change your movespeedfactor for 1 for 1x, 2 for 2x and so on
