Before you start asks for help you should do the following
- Make sure prefetch is cleaned
Click start , then click on system (main drive such as C for a example) then open windows folder.
There you will see a folder called prefetch, please open and delete all the contents in this folder.
Note :: Some may be in use and not delete please skip those files
- Make sure to clean your temp files
Click start , then click on system (main drive such as C for a example) then open windows folder.
Then open your temp folder again please delete all contents and ignore the contents that will not delete.
- Also delete all files in %temp%
For Windows vista and 7 :: Click start then type %temp% then open it and delete all files.
After you delete the contents explained a moment ago please open your Recycle Bin and clean that out as well.
For Windows XP :: click start >> run then write %temp% this will open (name of system for example C) app data local then another temp folder. Please delete all contents again ignore the contents that will not delete.

- Make sure you download and install all updates of .Net FarmeWork.

- Make sure you download and install Visual C++ Redistributable
For 32bit users please install and repair if already have installed the following as well as in order of the following. (86x)

- Remember To Open Applications Hacks as Administrator
Remember all windows 7 and windows vista users please run as admin. Windows xp users don't need to worry about running as admin.
If you still have issues please remember to set the capability issue based on best performance such as ::
XP sp3 for windows 7.
XP sp2 for windows vista.
- Update your GFX Cards (NVIDIA-ATI)
For NVIDIA users

- Keep up to date by Windows update
For Windows Vista and 7 ::
Please kindly type in your search windows update and update all your pc updates.

- Download DirectX
U have to install DirectX to you computer
