You can't put the web host name, only IPs are allowed.

but i already put my global ip and it does't work

How to make my global ip connect with my server?

You need to open your ports in the router.

i already open ports 80 and other port but still not work:(

80's for website, 5816, 9958, 9959 and 9960's for Conquer.
