Windows 2008 r2 dedicated web server problem.

Operating system is windows server 2008r2 standart edition.
Server working good but i cant making any web page for connect to msql_connect.
Every page says this
Couldn't connect to server WIN-VDCSPQGOPU6\SQLEXPRESS

please help me :S

you Use SQL 2005 or SQL 2008

IIS?Appache?XAMPP?

open normaly the IIS and it will work
