You may don't know me but i want to be a little bit more
active here.
So i found out from where 4Story is loading the Patches...
can downgrad 4story. Im making an List of Patches i found.
I will update it everytime i found something new and may create an Downgrader...
The Patcher is not using Hash so its simple to fish out the Patches :)

I think you also can get the Patch from GSP and add it to Europe :D
If this is against the rules please remove it.
