We are an Archlord gold reseller whose primary focus is speedy delivery times and customer service. Now I know from first-hand experience that every website claims they will deliver quick, usually within an unrealistic timeframe, and it does not happen. It's a shady practice to promise and not follow through, and being gamers ourselves we know this is irritating.

Actually, they have a lot of people farming gold and then selling it to the company.
I used to talk to one of their staff members, I got asked if I want to sell some gold to them.
They buy gold for cheap and sell it for just a little bit more.
I also remember a screenshot of when one of those Spam Bots responded to an answer to those /whispers you get when running around the first villages. It somehow went that far, that the person pretending to be the Bot said the Archlord Company (can't remember if it was CM or WZ) is aware of this and is doing nothing against it and even was communicating with them.
So it might even be WZ-sponsored which actually makes sense to keep the players at them.
