On 2,5 Mil Uridium I found 14 lf4 but not the apis drone.
So, it's at least 10 times more rare, probably even more.

Don't count on it, it's too rare, you will build it by yourself before.
If it happens and you have THAT luck, better for you. But don't count on it.
