Hello.

I'm lookin' for cool guild n union emblems 32x16.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand im lookin for a program that can make the emblem for me...tried microsoft office picture manager, but the image got way too small, kept coming out 16x5 for some fcking reason every time i typed 16x16....idk.

put away autoajust(or autosize /or...) image or something like this option and it will be 16x16
