KD Bot Runtime Erro5 can`t be fixed

Please tell me how to fix that fcking error. I do everything normal but it don`t get fixed. i wanna bot :D. help please :S

go regional settings in control panel and change everything to english (united states) except keyboard(you dont need to change keyboard settings)
then restart ur pc
and runtime error is gone
