CtF SMC and schedule.cfg Help

Hey guys..
I try to Fix Capture the Flag but dont work..
Can anyone say me, what is incorrect?

A little hint for you, FLAG_WORLD_PARTICIPATION part only enables the first notice (10 minutes for CTF) + also this part opening the whole registration for the CTF.

FLAG_WORLD - This part enables the 2nd notice and the 3rd notice (5mins, 1min) which means this part aint opening the CTF reg again just warring you and starting the CTF himself (last notice, "Match have been started").

So, incase to make it working together... let's say for ex. that you wanna that the CTF himself will start on 6:00 PM you need to make it like that:

FLAG_WORLD_PARTICIPATION - 5:50 ~ 6:00 (10min)

FLAG_WORLD - 5:55 ~ 6:21 (26min) 26mins standing for the last min for the Winners team !
