Hacking Cabal EU with CE?

Hello everyone, ive been gone for a while but now im back to hack cabal..
i'd like to know if it's still possible to hack the speed,, skill delay,, skill range and skill counter etc... on cabal EU.. Could anyone reply on me with an English post?

Im not that sure about cabal EU, For what i knw u must hav the right bypass to block the GG to use CE to hack your cabal ver
