Yeah what else... I dont know. DBConnect is changed, IP has been set right.

No clue what else I could do. If you know smth about this problem, please help me!

WOW!

ok lets start

first in all! the ini files Change the .\SQLEXPRESS to your pc name XXXXX\SQLEXPRESS.
second Change in srShard the SRO_VT_SHARD to SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT.
triad in server.cfg cange the SRO_FTP to crest

I got same problem, emailed few "pros" in it, they cant find any resolve,
everything is configured well, believe me, I did it with different guides to be 100% sure, inis and cfgs are well, but that thing still pop up.

Fixed it long time ago. Try to resetup your Cert files.

Doesnt Necessarily need to be a certification issue.
Anyways if its not a certification problem some dependencies are missing or the ownership rights are fucked up.

You forgot to add query to the Sk_gamebang_ip in your SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.

Go to your database, click on your SRO_VT_ACCOUNT --> dbo.SK_gamebang_ip and execute this query:
