the cap doesnt matter if the server is a fail -.-'
but if its going to be a good one: from 80->120 (like 2-4 weeks/cap)

70 or 80 cap

i suggest or request!! for some one to make stable server as it will starts with 70 cap for 2 or 3 months with medium rates
then 80 cap for another 2 or 3 months with good rates !
then 90 cap and stop :D
drop sox rate and alchemy rate is very important thing in any case
(70 cap & 80 with out erup and 90 with erup)

Official-like: Begin with a really low cap (60 or something) with only the Chinese race and increase the cap and add the European race later, like iSRO did.
Of course you shouldn't wait as long as they did because probably your rates would be higher.
