Dekaron EU server offline?

The Dekaron Eu is offline, got DC 4 minutes ago and was unable to connect, says "Unable to connect to server" :S

Are they installing a new patch instead of the 29.4.8?

I don't think so, because I was online at this time.
And they didn't change anything, don't know what happend at you :S
