Looking for test server

Hello, I was wondering if i can rent someones test server for testing stuff because i cant run a private server on my computer, I am willing to pay $20 or $30 if its a9, will pay always last day of the month.

top 15 =.= , means there is no ppl in your server now .

its top 13 but we got low votes and we bring down to top 15..

it won't get any higher, since everyone is using the same client. Why would people leave the other server and come play yours? when its all the same.
