CTRL PANEL USING CABAL RIDER 1.06 WONT POP UP!?!

anyone? i have a problem here using cabal rider V1.06 or 1.05 here on my windows XP SP2 PC. Whenever i log in my acct thru cabal rider the panel wont come out. Can you help me out with this problem guys? Thnx!
