Locale & Locate?!

I was really stopped at a point witch was locale or locate of isro (joymax international sro)
for ex : vsro = lacale : Vietnam = 22
chsro = locale : chience = 9
jsro = locale : japan = 17

as i got that the locale of isro is Korean but it's isro not ksro i mean
anyway anyone know the locate operation id of isro
it's allready posted in sro_client.exe , So anyone before edit sro_client of isro and have some EXp Hope he help Us :)

just use edx loader to find it. easiest way by far.

18 = global = isro
but which is the name of it ?
like LOCALE_xxxxxx
i try LOCALE_GLOBAL but don't work as it seems to me too it's not a locale but 18 is the right locale but i don't know what is it's name ..

Edit : i think sr shared and gameserver pick up LOCALE_xxx from database (SRO_VT_SHARED i think!)
