[Request]connect without using Hamachi

I have my server set up and running fine.

i have a static ip but i am on a router
router is DMZ'd and Router Firewall is off
server ip's are all set to 192.168.11.13 and server starts and runs fine
i am able to connect from my laptop

when people try to connect to my server they get C9 error after putting in the image verification code.

i do not run hamachi and neither does anyone i know.

i am basically trying to find out how to get it so my friends stop getting the error.

i have searched the forums for 2 days and there is no CLEAR explination to this fix and Hamachi is not an option.

if someone can help with this problem alot of people will be greatfull as i have found there is many other people on these forums having the same problems.

umm u want your friends to connect to 192.168.11.13 without using hamachi ?
If yes you are mad..
