[5375] Why Item drop stop working?

i got a problem, idk why but items\ drop stop working, only work if Guards kill monsters.
how can i fix that?

Make sure there aint a level cheak in place, to figure that out drop your level and kill a mob, if it drops an item there is a level cheak.
