I want ask,how to set rank on vsro files based servers?:D Baronet,Baron,Count etc etc

Open SRO_VT_SHARD ---> _Char ---> search there for Hwan level (it's the last column)
You can put there:
1 = Captain
2 = General
3 = ...
.
.
.
6 = General Lord
