have you opend ur nuconnectorconfig.exe and change the last digits from 26 to 27 >? and if you are using vista then run nuconnect as an Administrator. Maybe this wil help or download the newest version ( i think it was nuconnecter70).

Maybe you have a Firewall blocking the connection to Silkroad. Check your firewall settings.
