Pserver need Help!

Hello,
i have a problem creating my own rappelz pserver.
I rented a server from strato,
Connected with RemoteDesktop
and installed Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 32bit
But when i try to Restore a Database(Arcadia,Telecaster,auth)
every time comes this Message:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Plese help me! - Thx

Go into Folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\DATA and delete the Database before you restore.

Deutsch:
Gehe in den Ordner C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL\DATA und lösche die Datenbank bevor du sie Wiederherstellst

So now i have another problem.... :(
I dont know what to do now:
I have restored all Databases and started the Servers(Princess Aurora and Captain Herlock)+ the commands to start.

I dont know how could i connect to this server? O.o

Ok i have got a new Problem ;)
Servers working fine now. :)
But how can i use a Registration Skript?
I can opden the Homepage witch the Registration Skript from Strean but it doesnt create a new Account?
