NEW IN ECSRO... PLS HELP !!!

hello to all boys are new forum ... I wanted to ask you if you managed to play ECSRO? I tried to install I managed to create the character but when I play disconnects from the server can stay up to 5 minutes: (... I ask you guys tell me how to install it correctly ECSRO and not throw me out of the server 5 minutes .... sorry for the way I write and that are Italian and not so good English ^ ^ ...... please help me:(
