Guys,admin is offline.
Just use download accelerator + direct download.
That should takes around 5-10 minutes for downloading the client.

My game test finished.
Result;
No-silk,no-silk items.
1 movia=6 level. (Exp rate no 400x)
+Epic lag.
=SERVER FAIL.
