[Need help] Spawning Monster

Well a lil while ago I was playing at SweSro and I paid for a roc that got 0 hp.
With wich command can you spawn that?

RM_ROC_L3 have 1hp but RM_ROC should be normal one
btw its not ZOE to spawn its LOADMONSTER
