When I go to the site to register an account to play, something kinda gets fucked up?!? When I login into the game a little agreement shit pops up and the only option that I can click is Disagree and it kicks me off the game. Any solutions?

Unless you're not aware, the likelihood of help decreases by at least 50% if you can't even post properly, and further decreases now that you called a potential helper "stupid". For your information I know the exact solution but I'm not sure if I'm in the mood to divulge now.
How about explain what happens at the registration site? "Something kind of gets fucked up?" Your monitor exploded or something and injured people 180 degrees surrounding it?

Well I just simply registered as normal, and only one of my accounts worked. I'm trying to make one for my little brother, but then when I sign into the game it appears? O.o Idk what went wrong; no errors or anything like that poped up during register.
The one that worked was mine, and I registered like 2-3 days ago? Hope thats specific O.u
