SQL Connecting Error

some times i connect to the localhost via Windows Authentication and i loggin normally, sometimes i get this error and after i restart the problem solve, now even if i restart always the same error
Notice: in the SQL Server Manager, cant run the SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) service :/ every time i get the 2nd error

well just go google and search the error...like:
google.com > The request failed or the service did not respond a timely fashion

Oiek found it :D, here is the fix so if someone got same error:
Step 1: SQL server Network configuration step
Step 2: Protocols for local server name Protocol name VIA Disabled or not.. if not disabled , disable
Step 3: check .. working!
