How to speedhack monsters

I wanna lower my speed of the monsters, But i dont know what number to change inside monster.csv
I know its wrong place to ask but what numbers do i change to make it normal speed??

column x and y in monster.csv, and wrong section to post in.

umm try using the SEARCH button, it works better and is faster than asking questions in a no question area :eek:

also try looking at mastershouts tutorial it has most of that stuff in it :)
