Item repair (without taking off)

Is there anyway to repair items without taking them off, i used the upgrade exploit in market to equip lvl 105 spear while my spear prof is only 10 :D

But its dura goes down to fast, if i take it off i cant wear it again so is there anyway to repair it without taking it off.

And why the hell goes spear duro go down so fast

lol u dont have ta lvl prof just get a lvl 10 spear and mets then.. probably like only 4 mets to get it lvl 100 to 110 way better then lvling prof ^^
