i download it and it doesnt work. It said compnent TABCTL32.OCX or something is missing or ivalid. thanks anyway

try this

download it and place it in ur x:\WINDOWS\system32 folder
that should make it work.

still doesn't work. oh well, i probably cant make a vac hack anyway.

the only that is working now is thru CSV editing (USA FOLDER)

U can make a vac hack using unpacker and unpack you data.pak. XD

if u want a vac hack to 2moons there are already a few posted around here

monster editor was only to change the ai of the mobs quickly but doesn't work anymore and hasn't for a long time.
