Hey guys my P-server is up and running but i have one prob. Are you able to run the client from the same the same rig the server is running on ? When i try from any outside rig works with no prob. but anything on the same network or the server box itself i get "can not connect to login server". but any box outside my network no errors and runs great.

just so ppl are clear, i helped set up the server on his machine. he has his network, everything is up and running, people are actively connecting to his server from outside his network on the net, but he cannot connect via 127.0.0.1 or his local lan ip cause at first it said it could not connect to the login server, then after disabling the firewalls now it shows up as [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
What makes this odd is that I can connect without a problem.

I myself use hamachi and run server from same pc as i play from. have them put there hamachi ip in where it says in both files. save in folder and compress then start server. good luck

Well yours works for every computer that is not on the same network. It has to be a setting with my computer in the OS that dont let me connect to myself. Thanks for your help byebyerappelz. Im even thinking about getting another net connection just for the server box.

is cool i tried, i myself run server from this pc and run client from it myself. i got 3 pcs from my house that connect to it and 20 from outside my house. not realy sure why you cant connect, but i do wish you good luck
