NpcSkill.Sdata

Hey all,
I have edited my NpcSkill.SData, but where do I add it to besides the client ?? I dont think it is server sided, and if it is in the DB, can someone please tell me the location :)

It's in the Skill table in your database under GameDefs..
Mixes in with the mob skills, so be careful what you do with it.
